Must be able to indicate and document to the best of the borrowers’ ability:

  1. Evidence that the borrower did not Short Sale their previous property to take advantage of declining market conditions, and / or

  2. To purchase another property, at a reduced price, a similar or superior property within a reasonable commuting distance. (No less than 100 miles as directed from HUD)
